Our Code of Ethics
gab44 is a mirror, not an oracle. We believe astrology is a 2,500-year-old symbolic language for asking yourself braver questions — not a measurement of the future. Our whole product is the honesty about that. This page is the code we hold ourselves to, in public, so you can check our work.
What we will never do
- We never predict death, disease, or disaster.
- We never give medical, financial, or legal advice, or position a reading as a substitute for professional care.
- We never claim astrology is "scientifically proven." It has no demonstrated predictive validity, and we say so plainly.
- We never fabricate. We will not guess your Moon sign or Rising from a birth date — your Moon needs your birth time, your Rising needs your exact time and place. Inventing them would be the exact dishonesty we exist to refuse.
- We never fear-sell, never manufacture urgency, and never build compulsion loops, notification streaks, or "brutally honest" cruelty.
- We never sell, broker, or rent your birth data or your email.
- We never show fabricated reviews, star ratings, or a fictional price to anchor against. When we have nothing real to show, we show nothing.
What we always do
- Show our work. Every reading traces its claims to the real computed data — a date, a number, a Saturn-return window — and names the tradition we read it in.
- Speak in tendencies, not verdicts. "May resonate," "for many people," never "this will happen."
- Name the season as a passage you are surviving, not failing. The second Saturn return is a scheduled life audit, not a decline.
- Hand control back. We meet you in the anxious moment and give you a calmer frame — never amplify the dread that brought you here.
